Terms and Conditions
1)All merchandise will be posted only AFTER payment is received.
2)Refunds are not allowed after payment is received.
3)All items would be mailed via Singpost.

8) Trooops do not do exchanges! so pls check your orders properly, and purchase only if you re comfortable.
9)With regards to any disputes, Trooops reserves the right to make the final decision.

4) You may wish to let us know what you re interested in, and wait for an invoice. BUT WE OPERATE BY FIRST PAY FIRST SERVE. no reservations of items.
5) All excess orders would be notified and money refunded within a week.
6) Your order would only be secured and sent out on the following WEDNESDAY or SATURDAY after we have received the payment and sent you a confirmation mail.
Note: Trooops reserves the right to give up your order to another person if payment is not received.
