hello dears, before i continue, i would really like to apologise to everyone regarding the slow reply in emails and frequent mix ups between Gen and i. its been a really rough week with enquiries and orders flowing in.

I admit that most of the problems was caused by me and im really sry, cause im handling the buytrooops account from melbourne where im studying. Im 3 hrs ahead of everyone and struggling with my exams this week and the next as well. the inbox is pretty diffcult to track emails especially when buyers change their minds abt purchases and also because of the backorders which we always cannot confirm quickly with the supplier.

Its a difficult period so please do be patient with us! i ll be back in singapore in 2 wks time. will definitely organise things and improve our purchase system.

and due to my exams, we ll all have to settle for a SALES POST this week! :D

Terms and Conditions

1)All merchandise will be posted only AFTER payment is received.

2)Refunds are not allowed after payment is received.

6)Trooops will ONLY accept IBanking to the account stated under ‘to order’.

7)Please do take note that the colour of the items you receive may differ slightly due to the variation in the monitor’s colour resolution.

8) Trooops do not do exchanges! so pls check your orders properly, and purchase only if you re comfortable.

9)With regards to any disputes, Trooops reserves the right to make the final decision.

4) You may wish to let us know what you re interested in, and wait for an invoice. BUT WE OPERATE BY FIRST PAY FIRST SERVE. no reservations of items.
5) All excess orders would be notified and money refunded within a week.
6) Your order would only be secured and sent out on the following WEDNESDAY or SATURDAY after we have received the payment and sent you a confirmation mail.
Note:
Trooops reserves the right to give up your order to another person if payment is not received.
Trooops recommends you to opt for registered mail, as we would not be liable for any lost or damaged mail caused by Singpost.
If total number of items are alot heavier then expected, Trooops would notify you to top up the postage cost.
